The near-death experience of Deborah King

I’ve watched countless NDE videos, and this is one of my all time favorites. Deborah King is an advanced practice registered nurse (clinical nurse specialist) with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. She’s had two NDEs, one when she was a nurse in training and the other later in her career.

Anthony Chene is a french videographer who produces very high quality videos of NDE accounts.

Deborah King had two near-death experiences (NDEs). The first, a car accident in her youth, involved a brief out-of-body experience where she felt peace and compassion for her injured father.

The second, a cardiac arrest decades later, resulted in a prolonged NDE characterized by a “black void,” a journey through a beautiful light matrix of souls, and a life review focusing on acts of love and compassion. Throughout her NDE, she encountered the spirit of her former ICU patient, who urged her to share her experiences, and her deceased father, who reassured her of their eternal connection and her purpose.

King ultimately connects her NDEs with her professional life as a nurse and psychologist, arguing for a paradigm shift in understanding consciousness—from the brain as its creator to the brain as a receptacle for a pre-existing spiritual essence. Her overall purpose in sharing her experiences is to convey the transformative power of her NDEs and advocate for the integration of science and spirituality in understanding life, death, and the human condition.
